Domestic Deliveries (Within Turkey)

We aim to deliver your orders as quickly as possible. Our standard delivery time for domestic orders is 3 business days from the day your order is confirmed and processed.

    • Orders are typically processed within 1 business day of purchase.

  3. Delivery Time:

    • Delivery within Turkey usually takes up to 3 business days from the date of dispatch.

    • Delays can sometimes occur due to factors beyond our control (e.g., public holidays, courier delays), but we will always inform you of any changes to your estimated delivery time.


International Deliveries (Outside Turkey)

For international customers, we strive to provide a smooth and timely shipping experience. International orders are processed with a standard delivery time of up to 10 business days.

    • All international orders are shipped via PTT KARGO or other reliable shipping partners.

    • You will receive a tracking number once your order is dispatched so you can monitor the progress of your shipment.

    • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after purchase, depending on order volume and availability.

    • Please ensure your shipping details are accurate, as incorrect information may cause delays in delivery.

  3. Delivery Time:

    • International deliveries typically take up to 10 - 15 business days from the day your order is shipped.

    • Shipping times may vary depending on the destination country and customs clearance processes. For some regions, it might take a little longer due to customs or unforeseen delays.

  4. Customs and Duties:

    • Please note that any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer. These fees are collected by the shipping carrier or the destination country's customs office upon arrival.

    • We recommend checking your local customs regulations before placing an international order to avoid unexpected fees.


Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, we will send you a tracking number via email so you can track your package in real-time. You can use the tracking number to check your order’s status and estimated delivery date on the shipping provider's website.
